Terms, Plan License, Digital Delivery & Refund Policy

These terms apply to house plans and related digital products purchased from Radius Home Plans. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these terms.

Digital Products

Radius Home Plans sells digital house plans. No printed or physical plan sets will be shipped unless a product page specifically states otherwise.

The files, formats, drawings and other materials included with each purchase are identified on the applicable product page. Items not specifically listed are not included.

Digital Delivery

Some plan files are available for immediate download after payment is successfully completed. Other plan files are prepared and delivered to the email address provided during checkout, normally within 24 hours.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring that messages from Radius Home Plans are not blocked by spam filters.

If you do not receive your files within the stated delivery period, contact us at info@radiushomeplans.com with your order number.

One-Build License

Each plan purchase includes a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to construct one structure, one time, at one project location.

The purchaser may provide necessary copies of the plans to contractors, subcontractors, engineers, design professionals and government permitting officials solely for use on the licensed project.

Purchasing a plan does not transfer ownership of the design, drawings, files or copyright.

Unless a separate written license is purchased, you may not:

Construct the plan more than once
Use the plan at more than one project location
Resell, redistribute, publish or share the plan files
Upload the files to a public or shared online location
Give or transfer the plans to another person for a separate project
Use the plans to create products for resale
Remove copyright or ownership notices
Claim the design or drawings as your own work

Builders and developers who want to construct a plan more than once must contact Radius Home Plans to request a multi-build license.

Modifications

Plans may be modified to suit a purchaser’s project, site or preferences. Modifications do not create a new copyright or permit additional construction under the original license.

Modification services are not included unless specifically stated on the product page or order. Additional design or drafting services require a separate written proposal and fee.

Local Codes, Engineering and Permits

Building codes, zoning regulations, site conditions, climate requirements and construction practices vary by location.

The purchaser is responsible for having the plans reviewed by qualified local professionals and determining whether modifications, engineering, seals, calculations or other documents are required for the project location.

The purchaser is also responsible for:

Confirming compliance with local building codes and zoning rules
Obtaining required permits and approvals
Verifying property dimensions, setbacks and site conditions
Hiring qualified contractors and licensed professionals
Confirming dimensions and construction details before beginning work
Obtaining any required structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing or energy documentation

Approval by a building department or homeowners association is not guaranteed.

Construction Costs and Results

Construction costs vary based on location, labor, materials, site conditions, selections and market conditions. Radius Home Plans does not guarantee a specific construction cost, appraisal value, completion schedule or finished result.

Contractors and construction professionals are responsible for verifying dimensions, quantities, methods and conditions before and during construction.

Digital Product Refund Policy

Because house plans are digital products that can be downloaded, copied or delivered electronically, purchases are generally final once download access has been provided or delivery has begun.

Refunds are not normally available for:

Changing your mind after purchase
Deciding not to build the plan
Purchasing the wrong plan
Local code, zoning, permitting or homeowners association requirements
Construction-cost estimates
Modification or engineering expenses
A purchaser’s inability to open files with their chosen software

Please review the plan information carefully before ordering.

You receive the wrong files
A delivered file is missing or corrupted
You accidentally place a duplicate order
Your payment is charged incorrectly

We will review documented delivery or order problems and work to provide the correct files or an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Payment and Fraud Prevention

Orders are subject to payment authorization and fraud screening. Radius Home Plans may hold, cancel or request additional verification for orders that appear unauthorized or fraudulent.

Attempting to reverse a valid charge after receiving or downloading plan files does not cancel the plan license or these terms.

Intellectual Property

All plans, drawings, images, product descriptions and related materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted through the one-build license remain with Radius Home Plans or the applicable copyright owner.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale or construction may result in termination of the license and legal action.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the Radius Home Plans Privacy Policy. Payment information is processed securely by third-party payment providers and is not stored directly by Radius Home Plans.

Changes to These Terms

Radius Home Plans may update these terms periodically. The terms displayed at the time an order is placed will apply to that purchase.
